CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF February 4, 2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director 0#"' <br />Item #7 <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claims against the City submitted by: Don Courtney, Emiliano <br />DeSantiago, Tatiana Ellaysky, Jorge Flores, Marylou Gonzalez, Christina Mouw, <br />Betty Pleas, Superior Masonry/Gary Lee, Philip Wissbeck: Recommend denial. <br />DATE: January 22, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
