In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damage to your vehicle as a result of driving into a new and unmarked <br />median on Riverside Drive. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The City of Colton indicates this portion of the roadway is <br />within the City limits of Rialto, not Colton. Further, I am informed the contractor <br />performing this work on behalf of the City of Rialto would be responsible for your <br />damages. The contractor is identified as S. J. Weaver Contracting, Inc., 2651 Walnut <br />Avenue, Signal Hill, California, 90755, 562/290-8859. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
