In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damages when you drove over a pothole on Slover. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The City of Colton had no notice of existing potholes at the <br />time of your incident. Once they knew of this problem it was remedied and the potholes <br />repaired . Without notice there is no legal liability on the part of the City. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
