In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for damages caused by driving through a pothole. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The area of your encounter with the pothole is not within the <br />City limits of Colton; rather, this is within the jurisdiction of the City of San Bernardino. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
