Section 15. The Agency approves the Redevelopment Plan and submits the Redevelopment Plan to the City Council of the City of Colton, along with the Agency's report to the City Council, in accordance with Health and Safety Code Sections, 33357, 33356 and 33352. respectively. Section 16. The documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings on which the Agency and its findings and determinations in this Resolution are based are located at the Office of the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, 552 N. La Cadena. Drive, Colton, California. The custodian of these documents is Carolina Ba-rrera, Assistant Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. This information is provided in compliance with Public Resources Code Section 21081.6(a)(2) and Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15091(e). Section 17. The Agency authorizes and directs the Agency Assistant Secretary to file a Notice of Determination with respect to the Agency's certification of the Final EIR and approval of the Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with California Public Resources Code Section 21152 and Title 14 California Code of Regulations Sections 15094 and 15096, consistent with the certifications, approvals, findings and determinations set forth in this Resolution. Section 18. This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption. The Agency shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this I st day of July, 2003. Deirdre H.
