SECTION 3. The Agency hereby approves and adopts the text of the Redevelopment <br />Plan in the form as submitted to the Agency at the meeting at which this Resolution is <br />adopted. A copy of the Redevelopment Plan as hereby approved is on file with the Agency <br />Assistant Secretary. The Agency hereby respectfully requests the City Council of the City to <br />adopt an ordinance of the City approving the Redevelopment Plan <br />SECTION 4. The findings and determinations set forth herein shall be deemed final <br />and conclusive. <br />SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />PASSES, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July 2003. <br />Deirdre H.
