WHEREAS, the Agency is the "lead agency" for preparation and certification of an FIR regarding the Redevelopment Plan (Public Resources Code Section 21067 and Title 14 California Code of Regulations Sections 15050 and 15051); WHEREAS, the City is a "responsible agency" in the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan (Public Resources Code Section 21069 and Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15381)� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
