Engineer's Report Landscaping, Lighting and Maintenance District No. 2 FY 2003-2004 • Tract 14391-1 and 14391-2 includes parcels 0160-401-01 thru 73 and parcels on 0160-411-01 thru 36 represents twenty six acres of single- family residential housing totaling one hundred and seven (107) subdivided residential parcel; • Tract 15165-1, 15165-2 includes parcels 0160-421-01 thru 60 represents thirteen acres of single-family residential housing totaling fifty nine (59) subdivided residential parcels; • Tract 15873 includes parcels 0160-431-01 thru 20 represents four acres of single-family residential housing totaling twenty (20) subdivided residential parcels; • Tract 16025 includes parcels 0160-441-01 thru 43 represents seven acres of single-family residential housing totaling forty three (43) subdivided residential parcels; • Tract 16236 includes parcel 0250-023-01 thru 20 represents approximately five acres of single-family residential housing totaling twenty (20) subdivided residential parcels; • Assessor's parcel number 0160-313-08 represents approximately nine acres of planned residential development, when subdivided will include forty (40) single family residential parcels; • Assessor's parcel number 0160-301-36 is currently a City owned parcel that is anticipated to be a park. B. Description of Improvements and Services Improvements and Services Permitted Pursuant to the 1972 Act As generally defined by the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 and applicable to this District, the improvements and associated assessments may include one or more of the following: 1. The installation or planting of landscaping; 2. The installation or construction of statuary, fountains, and other ornamental structures and facilities; 3.
