This change order will ascertain that <br />the sewer main is in place prior to construction of the new street. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under CEQA Section 15301 (b) — Repairs of <br />existing highways and streets. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There are $36,000 available for Change Order #1 from Cooley ranch Bike Lane Project that can be <br />applied to Change Order #1 and the balance of $86,102.50 needed to complete the project can be <br />allocated from Measure I unallocated fund balance. <br />Funding for Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $63.038.80 can be allocated from EDA project <br />(Acct. No. 457-6650-6652-3890) contingencies. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Approve Change Order #1 & #2 for the construction of EDA Project #07-01-05132 <br />(Construction of Infrastructure hnprovements to Serve the Cooley Ranch Area) in the amount <br />of $122,102.50 and $63,038.80 respectively. <br />2.
