Because the timing of the Big League Dreams loan may not coincide with the close of <br />escrow, it may be necessary to temporarily borrow/transfer $1,000,000 from the bond project fund to finalize the land <br />acquisition transaction. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />The site now proposed for acquisition was named as an alternate site for the environmental impact report (EIR) on the <br />original Valley Boulevard site prepared by Dodson and Associates.
