FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The cost of implementing the salary increases for the Police Officers, Corporals/Detectives, Support <br />Services Supervisor and Sergeants will be approximately $196,426. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Members of the City Council approve the attached MOU between the City of <br />Colton and Colton Police Officers Association; authorize staff to sign the Consolidated MOU on behalf of <br />the City; approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R effective July 1, 2003. <br />
