R-71-03 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING R-69-00, <br />THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN THE COLTON POLICE <br />OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (RANK AND FILE) AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of meetings <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Officers <br />Association (Rank and File Unit) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Summary of Changes, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted <br />hereby; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does authorize staff to sign the <br />Consolidated MOU on behalf of the City; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2003, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15`h day of July, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
