Inc. — Authorize the Electric Utility Director to Enter Into <br />Contracts with PPM Energy, Inc. ("PPM"), for the Purchase of Wind Powered Electrical <br />Energy Associated with One Megawatt Firm of the High Winds Wind Generation Facility <br />Currently Under Construction in Solano County, California. The City's Share will be 2.06% <br />of the Total Plant Output; Adopt RPA in Fullfillment of SB 1078 Requirements. <br />(11) Agreement/County of San Bernardino - Approval of CDBG Delegate Agency Agreement <br />with the County of San Bernardino Department of Economic and Community <br />Development for the Period of July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2006; Authorize the Mayor to <br />Execute the Three copies of the Agreement on Behalf of the City of Colton, and <br />Approve and Adopt the Resolution Approving the Agreement, RESOLUTION NO. R-41- <br />03. <br />(12) Agreement/Michael Brandman Associates - Approval to Amend the Professional <br />Services Agreement with Michael Brandman Associates (MBA) to Provide Professional <br />
