See attachment `B". <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under CEQA Section 15301 (b) — Repairs of <br />existing highways and streets. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The estimated construction cost of the City's portion of this project is $27,569.92. Funds are <br />budgeted for Mt. Vernon Avenue restoration project, in the Measure I Funds, <br />account No. 457-6400-6405-3890 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Authorize the reimbursement agreement in the amount of $27,569.92 with the City of Grand <br />Terrace for Mt.
