CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF June 03, 2002 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director OK <br />Item #15 <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claims against the City submitted by: Leonard Chavez, Brithinee <br />Electric, Terry May, Kathy Tevis, and Sharon Wolfe.Recommend denial. <br />DATE: May 28, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
