In that capacity, we are in receipt <br />of your claim for'front end damage and power steering problems with your vehicle. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The area of your encounter with the potholes had been repaired <br />previously. The City had no actual or constructive notice there was a problem with <br />potholes in this area at the time your drove through.
