FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Funds for City's share of Cooley Ranch Bike Lane project can be allocated from unallocated <br />Measure I Program Funds. <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council approve and adopt the attached Authorizing Resolution to: <br />1. Add the Cooley Drive Bike Lane Project to the FY2002/2003 Capital Improvement Program. <br />2. To set aside $10,200 from unallocated Measure I Funds for this project. <br />3.
