R-50-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ADDING OF COOLEY <br />DRIVE BIKE LANE PROJECT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, ALLOCATING $10,200 FROM UNALLOCATED MEASURE I <br />FUNDS TO THIS PROJECT AND ADDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2002/03 HANDICAP RAMP <br />PROJECT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these <br />projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the Cooley Drive Bike Lane Project be added to the Fiscal Year <br />2002/2003 Capital Improvement Program; that $10,200 be allocated from the <br />unallocated Measure I Funds to this project; and that the Fiscal Year 2002/2003 <br />Handicap Ramp Project be added to the Fiscal Year 2002/2003 Capital Improvement <br />Program. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17`h DAY OF JUNE 2003. <br />DEIRDRE H.
