City Council Meeting of March 4, 2003 <br />CDBG Project 2003-2004 <br />Page 2 <br />recommendations by no later than March 5, 2003, in order to meet their schedule for the <br />2003-2004 CDBG application submittal to the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD). Failure to submit a list of funding recommendations will delay receipt <br />of federal funds to implement public service and community improvement projects. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The City's allocation of CDBG funds for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 is $556,000. All approved <br />projects are 100% reimbursable from the CDBG Program. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />There is no impact at this time.
