In that capacity we are in receipt <br />of your claim for your clogged sewer line. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The City has indicated they havelpaid for the repairs for this <br />work. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim as a matter of <br />procedure .
