The Pity of Colton has no control
over the undergoing construction and has not yet signed off on the completed project.
The contractor is solely responsible for the conditions of the area which contributed to
your damages. As the City of Colton has no responsibility for your damages, we will be
recommending they deny your claim. We would recommend to you that you submit your
claim for damages directly to the contractor:
Delta Pipeline, Inc.
1407 Foothill Boulevard
LaVerne, CA 91750
909/592-8770 — Telephone
909/592-9683 - Fax
Should you have any questions or comments concerning the above, please give me a call.
Very truly yours,
Sandra Alford
CARL WARREN & CO.
An Employee -Owned Company
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT • CLAIMS ADJUSTERS
P.O.
