CUA -2003-03 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2002 and ending June 30, 2003 was approved and adopted on June 18, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved Budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the Colton Utility Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Colton Utility Authority resolves as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an Amendment to the 2002/2003 Fiscal <br />year Budget, increasing the Water Account 521-8100-8101-4940 for $11,250 and decreasing <br />the Unappropriated Fund Balance Account for same in said amount. <br />SECTION 2. The Amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4'h day of March 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
