ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />There are no environmental impacts associated with the adoption of the modified Measure I Capital <br />Improvement Plan. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is a positive financial impact associated with the adoption of the Measure I Five Year Capital <br />Improvement Plan in that the adoption of the Plan is a condition of receiving the City's share of <br />Measure I Funds. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Approve and adopt authorizing resolution re -allocating projects to the 1996 through 2002 <br />Regional Transportation Measure I Capital Improvement Plan. <br />2. Approve proposed allocation to projects as shown on page 2 of exhibit "B" from unallocated <br />funds in the amount of $730,000.00. <br />Attachments: Exhibit "A" — Summary of the recommended modification to the Measure I <br />Capital Improvement Plan from 1996 through 2002. <br />Exhibit "B" — Summary spread sheet of the recommended new modification to the <br />Measure I Capital Improvement Plan from 1996 through 2002. <br />Exhibit "C" — Resolution that authorizes the submittal of modified re -allocation of projects <br />to the Regional Transportation Capital Improvement Plan. <br />Report prepared by James King - Engineering Dept. <br />REVIEW TEAM ON4Y . <br />City Attorney- > - at), <br />Finance Director: <br />City Manager:.
