R-30-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 was approved and adopted <br />on June 18, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. To amend the 2001/2003 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the <br />Capital Expenditure in Traffic Relief Fund, (212) for $129,000 and in CIP Fund, (457) <br />for $135,000 and decreasing the Unappropriated Fund Balance Accounts in each fund <br />and authorize transfer of Host City Fees to CIP Fund. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6'" DAY OF MAY, 2003. <br />DEIRDRE H.
