The County of San Bernardino prepared the draft of <br />the Cooperative Agreement as shown on (Exhibit "B"). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvement is exempt under CEQA Section 15301 (b) — Repair of existing <br />highways and streets. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The estimated City share of the project cost is $135,815.67.
