ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under CEQA Section 15301 (b) — Repairs of <br />existing highways and streets. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funds for the Reche Canyon Road Improvement Project are available in the Measure I Funds. <br />Funds for the Slurry Seal Phase I Project are being set aside from the unallocated Measure I Funds. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council authorize the award of contract for Engineering Design <br />Services for the Slurry Seal Phase I Project and Reche Canyon Road Improvement Project to GK <br />and Associates, in the amount of $32,268. <br />Report prepared by James King - Engineering Dept. <br />REVIEW TE 4LY <br />City Attorney: Finance I <br />City Manager: OTHER: <br />
