FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The Actual project cost of the Mill Street Beautification Project was $53,563.80 and Total Project <br />Expenditure funded by the Local Transportation Fund is $39,840.00. The remaining $13,723.80 <br />was paid by Traffic Congestion Relief Fund. <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council approve the claim for the reimbursement in the amount <br />of $39,840.00, from San Bernardino Associated Governments Local transportation Fund for the <br />Mill Street Beautification Project. <br />Attachments: Exhibit "A" - "Financial Reporting Form" <br />Exhibit `B" - "Claim Form" <br />Report prepared by Regin Torres - Engineering Dept. <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney: %Finance Director: <br />City Manager: OTBER: <br />
