CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF May 6, 2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claim against the City submitted by: Adam Sanchez <br />Recommend denial. <br />DATE: April 28, 2003 <br />Item #21 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />against the City of Colton, the attached report has been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimant has filed a claim against the City.
