Apron: Remove and Replace ## LF of the bottom 2' of Dry Rot damaged Siding with New Siding: Install ## LF of "Z" Flashing Horizontal Butt -end Joint @ Marriage Line. Install ## LF of New 1" x 2" Trim band to cover Marriage Line. Siding Remove and Replace ## Sheet(s) of existing 4'x 8' Siding with New Siding. Sheet: Trim: Remove and Replace ## LF of Horizontal Trim with New 1"x 4" Masonite/ Pine Trim. Remove and Replace ## LF of Vertical Trim with New 1"x 4" Masonite/ Pine Trim. Remove and Replace ## LF of Door Trim with New 1"x 4" Masonite/ Pine Trim. Remove and Replace ## LF of Window Trim with New 1"x 4" Masonite/ Pine Trim. Fascia: Remove and Replace ## LF of Fascia with New 1" x 8"/ 2"x 8" Masonite/ Pine Trim. Firewall: Remove ## Sheets of pre-existing Firewall. Install ## Sheets of 5/8 Gypsum Board Firewall Type X on shared wall with Home Install ## Sheets of 5/8 Gypsum Board Firewall Type X on back wall nearest Home Fire Resistant wallboard with a one hour Fire Rating. Panels installed Vertically and without jagged edges & no gaps greater than 3/8" Tape all Joints, mudded & sanded with compound confirming to ASTM C475 Cover all Nail heads with joint compound No Floating nor breaks in the Face Paper permissible Painting of finished Firewall not required. Man Door. Remove existing ## Man Door and Jamb. Install new ## Pre -Hung Exterior Steel Door. Install plumb in both directions with no more than'/: deviation Install new Defiance Keyed Entry Hardware in Polished Brass (No Dead Bolt Required) Door to have a Left/ Right Handed Swing into the Garage Installed so operates and locks properly with ease Window: Reglaze Broken Tx 3' windowpane Remove and Replace the Tx 3' Window with a New Aluminum Glass Slider
