Myers Construction, Inc. agreed <br />to accept the amount of $1,258 per unit of construction. <br />Financial Impact <br />Funds will become available from sales proceeds for each lot sold. Sales proceeds are deposited <br />into Rancho Mediterrania Project Capital Improvement Area Account Number 855-9550-9551-3890; <br />from which account Agency Improvement costs are disbursed. <br />Environmental Impact <br />None. <br />Recommendation <br />To meet the contractual obligations for Garage Improvements on approximately 90 vacant lots to be <br />sold and 25 Agency owned lots converting to Owner Occupied lots, Staff recommends that the <br />Agency Board enter into a contract with Structural Consultants, Inc., for a period not to exceed one <br />year, on an as -needed basis and in the amount not to exceed $1,256 per unit of construction, <br />$115,000 in total; and Myers Construction, Inc., for a period not to exceed one year on an as - <br />needed basis and in an amount to exceed $1,256 per unit of construction, $115,000 in total for <br />Garage Improvements on sold lots at Rancho Mediterrania Manufactured Home Estates, 700 E. <br />Washington Street.
