That the individuals previously designated by this Council as the <br />City's representative, alternate, and substitute alternate to the ICRMA Governing <br />Board are hereby confirmed and designated as the City's delegate to the ICRMA <br />Governing Board for all purposes of representing the City's interests and exercising <br />the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and the program and voting on <br />behalf of the City on all matters delegated to the Governing Board and signing such <br />is amendments as are contemplated to be approved by the Governing Board under the <br />9 Liability Risk Coverage Agreement and the Trust Agreement, and such individuals <br />10 shall keep this Council informed of such matters on a timely basis. <br />11 Section 5.
