ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 <br />(Existing Facilities). <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There are funds available for the Slurry Seal Project — Phase II in account 457-6400-6411-3890, in <br />the amount of $282,000. <br />In the Measure I Fund, $60,000 has been set aside for the Slurry Seal Project — Phase III, as <br />identified in the Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Year 2003-2004. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />1. Approve resolution adding Fiscal Year 2003/2004 Slurry Seal Project — Phase III to CEP <br />Projects for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 and allocate $60,000 from Measure I Fund to account <br />number 457-6634-6400-3890 <br />2.
