' TEGHNIGAL SERVICES UNLIMITED PROPOSED WORK PLAN Technical Services Unlimited will assign Mr. Williams to the project on a full time assignment. His priority will be the demands and responsibilities required by the City of Colton, CA. Normal workdays are Monday through Thursday of each week. As mentioned before in this proposal, we are available 24/7 as the project and work load demands. The first task is to become familiar with the plans and specifications prepared by Purkiss Rose -RSI for the Big League Dreams project. It will be important to evaluate the elements of the design to insure that the latest models, materials and methods of construction are being used. A list of crafts and trades that are pertinent to this project will be developed. With a complete knowledge of the scope of the project, a list of qualified contractors will be compiled for review as possible participants on the project. Concurrent with review of possible contractors, a preliminary project schedule will be prepared to properly estimate the time of completion of the work. Bid documents will be reviewed using this information and the Architects plans and specifications. It is proposed that Project Management software be used to coordinate all correspondence between the Construction Manager, City of Colton, Purkiss Rose and the Contractor. The software would contain all correspondence, RFI's, Daily Reports, and invoicing information. Designated parties would have necessary access to the state of the project at all times. It is even possible to install web cameras at the job site so that participants could see the progress of the project at any time. Information distribution to all parties concerned is of utmost importance for this or any project. It is our firm opinion that we are to expect the unexpected at all times. However, when all parties are current on details of the job status, the unexpected can be dealt with most efficiently with a minimum amount of emotion. It is the goal of everyone involved in this project to complete the work in the minimum amount of time within the proposed budget. Every task and decision we make will keep this goal as the standard. .
