Customers are required to fally complete and submit to Colton Electric Utility an <br />Application for the purpose of establishing eligibility. Applications will be <br />approved by the General Manager or other designated staff in order to establish <br />Eligibility for program benefits. For verification purposes, Customers are <br />required to provide supporting documents as required by Departmental procedure. <br />2. Credit of Electric Charges: Customers meeting the aforementioned eligibility <br />requirements shall receive credit to their residential electric account equal to one <br />month's Energy Charge or minimum charge, whichever is greater. Approved <br />applications will have this credit applied on or after the next billing cycle. This <br />credit shall be available to each customer only once per calendar per year. <br />3.
