R-92-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CIP BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2004 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS: The CIP Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years commencing <br />July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted on July 6, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Amend the 2004/2005 Fiscal Year CIP Budget, increasing the Capital <br />Expenditure account 450-0533-6900-3890 from the Unallocated Traffic Impact Fees Revenue <br />account (249) in the amount of $50,000. <br />SECTION 2.
