ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under Section 15301 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Valley Blvd./Rancho Ave. and Valley Blvd./3`d St. Traffic Signal project are part of the CIP <br />Projects scheduled for construction for FY04-05 and had approved funding in the amount of <br />$260,000 on account number 457-6612-6900-3890. <br />Agua Mansa Ave./Riverside Ave. Traffic Signal Project will be funded by the City of Rialto <br />providing 75% of costs ($171,000) and the City of Colton providing 25% of costs ($57,000). The <br />estimated cost of the project is $228,000.
