Report to Redevelopment Agency Board Regarding 2005-2009 Implementation Plan; <br />Professional Services Agreement with GRC Associates, Inc. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />CONSISTENCY WITH IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />The Implementation Plan is the guiding document which identifies specific goals, objectives, <br />and projects for each Redevelopment Project Area.
