R-83-04 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF COLTON TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004/2005 WITH THE CALIFORNIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING <br />CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PERTINENT DOCUMENTS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, <br />California, hereby authorizes entering into local agreement number GLTK-4080 and, that the <br />persons who are listed below, are authorized to sign the applicable documents for the entity <br />to effectuate the City Council's authorization of agreement No. GLTK-4080. <br />DARYL PARRISH, City Manager <br />Signature <br />The above signature shall be attested to by <br />CAROLINA P.
