ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 <br />(Existing Facilities). <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Funds are available for the CDBG Project No. 104-28105 in account 457-6604-6550-3890, in the <br />amount of $248,825, as identified in the Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Year 2003-2004 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />I. Authorize the request to solicit public bids for the CDBG Project No. 104-28105 — fill in <br />street improvements.
