R-44-04. <br />MOTION SECOND <br />ORDINANCE: <br />(2) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California, Amending Chapter 10.40 of the Colton Municipal Code in its entirety <br />relating to Rotational Towing Services, ORDINANCE NO. 0-25-04. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />Limit 5 Minutes <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; <br />however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for investigation and report at a subsequent <br />Council Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the <br />City Clerk for the Official Record. <br />2 <br />
