R-45-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2003 AND ENDING JUNE 30, <br />2004 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted <br />on August 19, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Amend the 2003/2004 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Capital <br />Expenditure account in the CIP Fund 457-6639-6900-3890 from the Traffic Impact <br />Fees, 249 Fund in the amount of $168,750. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF MAY, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
