ANALYSISIDISCUSSION: <br />The project will be beneficial to the City, considering the number of accidents that have occurred <br />historically at this intersection and the volume of traffic that uses this common intersection. The <br />County of San Bernardino prepared the draft of the Cooperative Agreement as shown in <br />(Exhibit "A"). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 <br />(Repair of existing highways and streets). <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The estimated City share of the project cost is $135,000.
