Colton Utility Authority Well Nos. 15, 17 and 24 <br />May 18, 2004 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />The initial study is complete and Notice of Exemption has been filed with the County Clerk. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Colton Utility Authority authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary <br />contracts with Bakersfield Well and Pump Company for construction of the Perchlorate Treatment Plant <br />improvement project upgrade to the existing Well No. 24 pumping plant and installation of a Booster Station at <br />Well Nos. 15 and 17 Perchlorate Treatment Plant site in an amount not-to-exceed $329,449. <br />Report Prepared by: Eric R.
