Waive further reading, read by title only and introduce Ordinance to re -designate the property <br />located at 1600 Agua Mansa Road (Assessor Parcel Number 0260-072-02, 03, 04, 15 & 16-0000) <br />from Agriculture/Open Space/Equestrian to Medium Industrial, and adopt the appropriate <br />Ordinance, subject to the Conditions of Approval, and the filing of a Negative Declaration. <br />Attachment: Planning Commission Staff Report and Resolution <br />Ordinance <br />
