(ERSC) submits this revised proposal concerning design services for widening of Agua Mansa Road. The referenced previous proposal was submitted by John Egan and Associates, Inc. which has subsequently been acquired by ERSC. Included in the original proposal were sections related to qualifications and references. As the information of these sections remains the same, it has not been repeated in this revised proposal. Contained in the proposal, however, is a description of the project and project team as now revised, project approach, project schedule, and proposed fees. It is worth noting, I believe, that the length of the project is significantly different than had been indicated to us in the pre -proposal meeting for the original project submittal of June 2003. At that time, it was indicated that the project length was approximately 3,500 feet. In review of documents obtained for this submittal, we have determined that the project length is closer to 5,000 feet, which affects our effort. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Proposed project will entail design services for Agua Mansa street improvements from Riverside Avenue easterly to the San Bernardino County Flood Control Rialto Channel, length of approximately 5,000 feet with port' s.of the street in the City of Rialto.
