COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AND XEROX CORPORATION <br />MASTER AGREEMENT #57227 41380 <br />County of Los Angeles and Xerox Corporation will extend the pricing, terms and <br />conditions of their agreement to all requesting California political subdivisions and public <br />education entities and stated in section 39 of the Master Agreement T & Cls. This <br />Agreement began November 1, 1999 and ends on October 30, 2002. F KICXAej 7jW.,Lj-ZLj So �Mog-. <br />This Agreement includes the acquisition of Xerox hardware and . software products; <br />technical services and maintenance; administrative support services; quality solutions <br />training; organizational and management education; hardware and software training, <br />analyst support services; network services; Docucare and facilities manag . ement services. <br />1. Participation by Other Governmental and Educational Entities: <br />County of Los Angeles and Xerox agree to extend this Partnership Agreement to all <br />political subdivisions and public education entities within the State of California as <br />authorized by Section 6500 of the California Government Code. <br />2. Product and Services Acquisition: <br />Political subdivisions and public education entities may acquire products, maintenance, <br />related services, and consumable supplies under this agreement. Acquisitions methods <br />include outright sale, lease, lease purchase, or rental.
