ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />Combining these three (3) CIP projects into one will result in tremendous savings of staff time <br />during the bidding process. In addition, larger projects tend to have lower per unit costs, resulting in <br />potential savings. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under Section 15301(c) of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The project has the following sources of funding with corresponding account number: <br />1. Agua Mansa Street Improvement Project $110,000 #450-0502-6940-3890 <br />2. CDBG Pavement Rehabilitation Project <br />a. CDBG Funding $ 50,000 #215-0508-3920-3890 <br />b.
