10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />2( <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, TO INCLUDE SIGNAL MODIFICATION AT MT. VERNON <br />AVENUE AND COLTON AVENUE PROJECT (PROJECT I11-8.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that CIP Project Signal Modification at Mt. Vernon and Colton Avenue <br />be budgeted as follows: <br />• Increase account number 450-8101-249 by $34,595 <br />• Increase account number 450-0542-6900-3890 by $34,595 <br />• Decrease account number 249-7829-8102 by $34,595. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19'" DAY OF APRIL 2005. <br />DEIRDRE H.
