The project site is vacant and is within the West <br />Subarea of the West Valley Specific Plan. The land use designation of the site is Regional Retail. <br />There will be three storage buildings (total 115,860 SF) with a maximum height of 40 feet and 22 <br />outdoor recreational vehicle storage spaces which are not visible from outside of the site. The <br />buildings will be a combination of both externally and internally accessible storage units. <br />
