R-161-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORN <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2005 AND ENDII <br />JULY 30, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1 <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006, was approved and adopted on June 21, 2005, and; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable statutes of the <br />State, and; <br />WHEREAS, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval ar <br />Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOE <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. In order to facilitate the receipt of grant funding, it has become necessa <br />to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 fiscal year budget, increasing expenditure accoun <br />number 211-6200-7101-2301 and revenue account 211-7847 in the grant amount of $1,000. <br />SECTION 2.
